CRX_ENCRYPT_STRING - Legacy Macros
Deprecated — Legacy Cortex Engine Only: CRX_ENCRYPT_STRING is strictly for the Legacy (Cortex) build preset. For normal/standard builds, use CTN_ENCRYPT_STRING from the Centurion documentation.
CRX_ENCRYPT_STRING Dynamic String Decryption
Form: call (aliases: CRX_ENCSTR, LPH_ENCSTR, LPH_ENCRYPT_STRING). Marks a string literal for compile-time encryption. The plaintext is stripped from the compiled bytecode constant table and decrypted dynamically per access.
Why Use It: Protecting Secrets
Prevents webhooks, API tokens, security hashes, and licensing URLs from appearing in binary constant pools or decompiler outputs.
-- Legacy Cortex Build
local API_KEY = CRX_ENCRYPT_STRING("sk_live_secret_key_8829")

-- Normal Production Build (Centurion)
